Beta Limited knew that it was important that their Workplace Pensions strategy was both clearly and compliantly communicated to their workforce, but were unsure as how best to meet all the requirements stipulated by The Pensions Regulator.

Beta Limited felt they needed clarification on what minimum communications they needed to provide by Law.  Beta Limited were also planning to offer an enhanced employer contribution for their very stable, long serving workforce, and wanted to ensure that this was understood and valued.

Workplace Pensions Made Easy identified the following issues for Beta Limited
Workplace Pensions Made Easy created a timeline for Beta Limited, which set out all the mandatory communications, including all the specific legislative statements that were required to be sent to their employees. 

Workplace Pensions Made Easy also explained the need to maintain a clear audit trail to demonstrate compliance with the requirements laid down by The Pensions Regulator.  In addition, because Beta Limited were offering an enhanced employer contribution, it was important to ensure that their employees truly valued the improved benefit package and therefore additional added value communications were considered essential.

Workplace Pensions Made Easy drafted all the required communications and advised Beta Limited on maintaining a clear audit trail for The Pensions Regulator.  In addition, Workplace Pensions Made Easy designed and delivered a series of Webex presentations to engage the geographically diverse workforce of Beta Limited and also provided a bespoke telephone helpline to address individual employee questions.
